CREDIT CONTROLLER – PRIVATE HEALTHCARE (HOSPITAL SETTING)

In conjunction with our recruitment partner, we are calling on suitably qualified, professional candidates to apply for this exciting position that exists in Kimberley in the Northern Cape Candidates are invited to submit their applications by 2 June 2021.
Processing of all new accounts and ensuring that new accounts are credit worthy.
Ensure credit applications have been authorized by the Credit Control Supervisor.
Ensure that new and existing customer accounts are paid as per group policy.
Assist in setting up the credit control system for the hospital.
Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner by patients.
Maintain accurate records of all account/financial matters.
Send communication to patients.
Assist with final authorization of Managed Care patient files.
Ensure correct coding for all Managed Care Organization patients.
Grade 12 or equivalent and relevant NQF Level 4 Qualification.
Financial Diploma would be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years’ clerical/similar experience in a hospital setting.
Working knowledge of Excel/MS Office – Fully Computer Literate.
SAP experience advantageous.
