DUTIES/CRITICAL OUTPUTS

Manage the recruitment of staff in conjunction with Management and conduct reference checks and exit interviews.

Process all administration with regards to COID, UIF, New Appointments, Terminations, etc.

Coordinate the orientation and performance management processes.

Check the accuracy, completeness and correctness of documents for timeous submission to the Payroll Department.

Oversee all disciplinary enquiries and ensure that all disciplinary procedures are adhered to in conjunction with Head Office.

Coordinate uniform fittings and attend to all queries.

Maintain the HR filing system and perform Ad hoc duties where required.


REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years’ HR Generalist experience.

Minimum HR Diploma or Btech Degree.

Experience working in a Private Hospital would be advantageous.

Excellent working knowledge BCEA, LRA and EEA.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fully computer literate.

Working experience on VIP Premier/People Payroll System.

Able to cope under pressure.
